All clients required to use Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment web-based applications during this planned maintenance period.
The department will be conducting network maintenance from 23:00 Monday 28 September to 06:00 Tuesday 29 September 2020 (AEST).
During this time, DAWE applications may experience outages ranging from 15 to 60 minutes. These applications include, but are not limited to:

All clients required to use the department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system during this planned maintenance period.
Due to scheduled infrastructure maintenance, BICON users may experience several intermittent outages from 16:00 to 23:59 on Sunday 27 September 2020 (AEST).
Users are advised to frequently save any in-progress permit applications during this maintenance period.
