This Industry Advice Notice is to advise industry stakeholders and Authorised Officers of the office arrangements for the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry’s end of year closedown.

This notice is of relevance to importers, manufacturers, customs brokers, agents and associated biosecurity industry participants involved in the importation of new and aged/used oversize tyres.
Common and pygmy hippopotamuses and their semen can now be imported to Australian zoos after a 40-year hiatus, in a major boost for genetic diversity and the public’s viewing pleasure.

Approved arrangements operators who will be required to view and/or update details of their Approved Arrangement via the Approved Arrangement Management Product (AAMP).
Due to scheduled system maintenance, AAMP will be unavailable between 20:00 to 23:30 Friday 13 December 2024 (AEDT).
Clients are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access this service.
