Export permit issuer declaration of understanding

If you’re an exporter, operator of registered establishments or their employee and agent use this form to apply to be an automated export permit issuer (AEPI). The form declares eligibility and demonstrate understanding of export eligibility requirements. Submit this form when you apply for dairy export registration application.
