We publish a list of documents we have released in response to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests as required by the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act). We publish these documents within 10 business days of release to the FOI applicant.

All information included in this log is available for public access.

Check this log before you make a new FOI request.

We also help portfolio Ministers to comply with disclosure obligations. Our disclosure log provides details in relation to any documents released by the office of a portfolio Minister.

What we don’t publish

We don't publish information that would be considered 'unreasonable' to publish, unless it can be practically modified. This includes:

  • personal information about any person
  • information about the business, commercial, financial or professional affairs of any person
  • other information covered by a determination made by the Australian Information Commissioner

I seek access under the Commonwealth Freedom of Information Act to information within the ministerial office of Energy Minister Angus Taylor relating to the City of Sydney and its expenses.

I intend the request to apply to the following time period and in the following ways:

1. All documents from 1 September 2019 to the date and time of this request -- 24 October 2019 at 4:15 p.m.

2. By documents, I mean text messages, Whatsapp messages, emails, handwritten notes and information created on computer in various word processing formats.

3. I do not limit this to documents created in the ministerial office. I also request documents held by the office including all versions of documents created by the City of Sydney.

This request relates to matters raised in the House of Representatives on 24 October 2019 concerning Mr Taylor and a document that conveyed incorrect information about the City of Sydney and its travel expenses.
