Conveyance standards for importing bulk grain

This standard defines the requirements for conveyances to control the leakage of grain or dust during transport of imported bulk grain from the point of discharge through to the point of processing of whole grain.

Bulk grain weight reconciliation template

Department of Agriculture and Water Resources, January 2019

This template must be completed daily and provided to the department once grain has arrived in Australia. It is a running record of grain movements between the port and Approved Arrangements for a particular consignment of grain.

This document specifies the requirements for a Process Management System (PMS) to support an application for the importation and processing of bulk grain into Australia.

Compliance with the requirements of the PMS will be assessed at audit. A desk audit of documentation and other details will take place as part of the process of issuing an import permit.

Guide to developing a site operations manual

This document specifies the requirements of a site operations manual for Class 2.7 (bulk grain storage) and Class 3.1 (bulk grain processors) Approved Arrangement (AA) sites.

A site operations manual approved by the department's Plant Import Operations forms part of the Class 2.7 and 3.1 AA requirements. Compliance with the requirements of the site operations manual will be assessed at audit.
