The department is introducing a new, more convenient way for pre-border biosecurity treatment providers to register under AusTreat, and to ensure that relevant import conditions can be met with an increased confidence level of meeting compliance requirements.
When will ProviderHub be available?
ProviderHub will be available from 2 March to replace existing manual processes – except for Controlled Atmosphere.
Who can use ProviderHub?
Treatment providers based outside of Australia wishing to register under AusTreat.
How to access ProviderHub?
To register with AusTreat, you will need to:
- access the AusTreat page
- review information on treatment requirements
- gather information required to submit an application
- use the provided link to access the Biosecurity Client Portal.
