First time lodging with us

Before you lodge your first return, you will need to register with us to receive a five-digit LRS number.

To register, email levies.management@aff.gov.au and include your:

A levies team member will contact you within 2-3 business days to confirm your registration.

When you register with us to lodge returns, you will be given access to Levies Online.

The fastest way to lodge your returns is via our levies online system.

Where information in a return can’t be changed online, email us a signed copy of the amended return to: levies.management@aff.gov.au.

When you log in to Levies Online you will be given a security code via email and mobile. Codes are valid for 45 minutes and can only be used once.

Your code may not come through to you immediately. If you have not received a code within 20 minutes, try again or contact the Levies team.
